The Whiskey Trail
The Barrel Room’s Whiskey Trail is your opportunity to experience a wide variety of Bourbons, Scotches, and Whiskeys from all around the world and at different price points. As a member, not only will you get the benefit of drinking these fine spirits, but you’ll be rewarded for it too by having your name appear on a plaque for each level of the trail that you complete.
Here’s how it works: There are 5 member levels: Rookie, Seasoned, VIP, Elite, Supreme Elite. There are 5 levels to complete. To complete a level, just buy the required numbers of bottles from each list. The lower levels have more bottles to purchase, but they are at a lower price point. The higher levels have fewer bottles to purchase, but they are more expensive. After you complete a level you will be rewarded with your name on a plaque that is displayed here in the store, a T-shirt that proudly displays your current level, plus additional discounts on future purchases. (See below for specific level requirements, rewards and rules)

Seasoned: Purchase 12 bottles from the available list.
Reward: Name on plaque, T-Shirt, plus 8% off any 750ml bottle on the Seasoned list.
VIP: Purchase 10 bottles from the available list.
Reward: Name on plaque, T-Shirt, plus 10% off any 750ml bottle on the VIP list.
Elite: Purchase 6 bottles from the available list.
Reward: Name on plaque, Golf Shirt, plus 12% off any 750ml bottle on the Elite list.
Supreme Elite: Purchase 3 bottles from the available list.
Reward: Name on plaque, Golf Shirt, 15% off any 750ml bottle on any list PLUS two VIP tickets to the next Whiskey Fest of your choice; a $250 value.
Rules and such: Bottles must be at least 750ml and must be a unique facing. For example, you can’t purchase 15 bottles of Jack Daniels. But a bottle of JD Single barrel, Gentleman Jack and Black Label would be considered 3 different facings. All shirts are XL. Tickets for Whiskey Fest are for entrance only, airfare and hotel not included. In lieu of Whiskey Fest tickets, a store credit in the amount of $200 can be issued if requested.
